Harbortown Point Marina Resort was designed by the Frank Lloyd Wright Institute and is inspiring and distinctive.
Wright believed in designing structures which were in harmony with humanity and its environment and that belief is evident in the architectural design of Harbortown Point Marina Resort.

Located along California’s Gold Coast less than one hour north of Los Angeles and less than 30 minutes south of Santa Barbara, Harbortown Point Marina Resort is a five-star timeshare resort perfectly situated in the heart of the Ventura Harbor. You will be free to bask in the sun or experience the many local activities surrounding the area. Wonderful restaurants, sport fishing, whale watching and great shopping are just a few of the popular activities located just moments from your front door.
Views of the Ventura Harbor and the city’s hillside profile can be enjoyed from most of our resort suites. The resort amenities include a sparkling outdoor pool and glass-covered spa (perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, shopping or strolling on the beach), courtyard with BBQ and dining tables, beautiful gardens, recreation room, boat dock, on-site laundry facility and on-site parking.

If you are checking-in after close of business hours, please telephone the office prior to closing to assure that a key is left for you at the front desk. If you do not call you may be required to make alternative arrangements for accommodations the following morning!

DIRECTIONS:
From Los Angeles: Take 101 Freeway North to Ventura. Exit Seaward Avenue (stay in the far left lane once on the exit ramp). Turn left onto Seaward Avenue. At the signal, turn left onto Harbor Boulevard. At the third signal, turn right onto Schooner Drive. At the end of Schooner Drive, turn right onto Anchors Way. Harbortown Point is approximately ½ mile down on the left.
From Santa Barbara: Take 101 Freeway South to Ventura. Exit Seaward Avenue (stay in far left lane once on the exit ramp). Make a left at the end of the exit ramp onto Harbor Boulevard. At the fourth signal, turn right onto Schooner Drive. At the end of Schooner Drive, turn right onto Anchors Way. Harbortown Point is approximately ½ mile down on the left.
